With heartache, I have to let Spring go. Spring fills my heart with so much happiness, optimism and beauty. But as all good things come to an end, I have to accept that life goes on and something better comes around. I am not a summer lover but like each season, Summer has its great moments too. I am so fortunate to live close to such a gorgeous garden, where I can walk around and feel like I am on vacation. Kimberly Crest (click on the link where you can watch a video) is one of the most beautiful estates with elegant gardens and a French Chateau style house in Redlands, California. This time of the year, the garden was fully bloomed with beautiful roses and lilies in the pond.
I want to call this dress the dress of the year. For me this dress checks all the boxes for a perfect dress. I always appreciate floral prints even if they are not in style. A delicate print with pastel accents is a timeless piece in my wardrobe. The length of the dress is perfect and conservative, which means that it is appropriate to wear for every occasion. The long sleeves and the loose fit provide comfort while wearing this iconic piece. It lets you move freely and it freely moves with the wind. Ultimately, this dress makes me feel young, happy and free.
In my Instagram feed I mentioned that I will talk about my experience with Zara. Being an online shopper, I started to build my experience about online stores and online retailers. It took me some time to build my trust around some of the stores, but Zara was a no-brainer. When I saw this dress on their platform, it was sold out in my size, but there was an option to leave an email address in case the dress becomes available again. A day later, I received an email notification about the availability of this dress. I purchased the dress right away, because I knew that it would sell out fast. I was amazed when the next day I received the dress in a recycled box. Even the receipt and the return label were electronically sent, no wasted paper anywhere. It was a fast, quality and an eco-friendly purchase. Zara made such a good impression on me.
